The Beginning of the Dollar's Collapse?

Since the introduction of the € , the dollar reserves held by central banks worldwide has decreased from 75 % to 68% in favor of the €.

The trend is there, the question is where will it stop
 
In terms of early 1900 money the USD is already practically at zero. So I dont think what happens here can be considered the beginning.
