Teach me to trade Power

Anyone out there know where I can get a hold of someone (preferably NY/NJ area) where I can learn the energy/electricity trading industry. I am very interested in the business, I am only a year out of college and would be willing to work hard if I could get on a trading floor. I dont expect to make a lot, or be more than the low guy on the totem pole, but give me the chance to learn the ins and outs of what it takes and you need to know about trading power and I will be a hard worker. PM me, please no mocking , I'm serious about this and want to be an expert I'm not lookin for a hard time.. Thanks a lot everyone.

There are a couple NY firms that do power trading but most of the power trading is done by power & energy companies, while these firms are like specialized shops of I would guess, ex-power traders of energy companies.

The locale for power trading is in the South and Southwest.
