1. you should have made it clear that that you entered a combination order.
2. Because people did not respond does not mean they don't have this problem
3. you did not explain how the issue was resolved.

4. why are you at a broker that takes 50 minutes to answer your calls.
5. why are you at a broker that cannot answer your question?
6. Instead of asking for deletion ask yourself what you can learn from the responses and be patient enough to wait for future responses.
 
@zdreg is one of the dumbest and yet somehow one of the most arrogant posters on this site. You are best to just block him.

I haven’t done many buywrites as a combination trade but I have found the liquidity not great. I don’t know the underlying market mechanics as to how these orders are flowed. It’s possible that they don’t go to the exchange as one order but rather are shopped and then crossed on two exchanges.
