T+3days-is it the same at every broker??

I want to withdraw some of my winning but datek tells me i have to wait 3 days after the trade to transfer funds out. I have to pay rent quick

do i have to stop trading for 3 days completely??? the same at all firms?? It just doesnt make much sense to a scalper

I think you can wire funds out of IB with a single click after you set up the information with them. You should only have to stop trading long enough to make the transfer.
