Susquehanna International Group vs Group One Trading

I'm new to the forum looking for some advice.

I have two offers, one from SIG (main office at Bala Cynwyd) working on the Statistical Options Desk as a tactical programmer/strategiest and another from Group One Trading (Philadelphia) for their Trader Traniee program/Quantatative Analyst Program.

In the world of trading, who's better and why?

Does anyone have any experience with either two companies?
 
SIG is much larger, more diverse, and has a better reputation. If you have an offer from SIG I would highly suggest you choose them over Group One.

I'd go with SIG, because it sounds more challenging.

At Group One you would probably have more wiggle room inside and outside of work.
