Small caps[{IWM}are the most below 200 day moving average, or smallest gain year to date. BUT better buy volume than last down trending 50 day moving average, 52 weeks chart .Looks like IWM is going up again, not a prediction+ it tends to be more of a roller coaster.LOLIt has had some good down moves off 50 //200 dma cross
