Stop people who have blocked you from posting on your threads

I thought the majority of username changes were made by request to you. For example, I can swear that Slarti changed to Bugen, but his post count did not reset. I have seen other users that that has happened to as well?

Some request a username change and all their prior message posts, and post counts are retained.

Others create a new user name on their own without notification and they tell nobody.

Others request a prior username to be closed (deactivated) so that they can create a new user name because they can not have the old user name deleted.

Some have multiple active user names but use different proxies to hide that fact while the different user names from the same person are liking or quoting each other. This person typically creates multiple user names for the sole person to attack other members...they usually disappear within a year of creation instead of sticking around too long.
