stocks Scanner for trading around pivots

I'm looking for a scanner to scan for stocks which are breaking thier intra-day pivots. Pivot point, resistances R1, R2 and Supports S1, S2.

Also I'm looking for a good charting software which is economical and which shows all the pivots and other indicators.

Can any one please suggest one?
