I know ACP but it doesn't work for me. Many reasons.

www.TradingView.com charts will be real-time with free bats data. Why do you want charts that only update every 30 seconds?
I do not look for alternatives, in this post
You need to move on. Stockcharts does not meet your requirements, use something that does.

I simply want to know if someone uses it same way that I do (keep stocks refresh rate on, from session start to end), and has or has not similar problem. Nothing else.

This is the second time you have asked this question in your own thread. Why don't you contact the company and ask them on the TELEPHONE? Jesus!
I wouldn't recommend that.
you might end up
- speaking to the machine / bot
- waiting indefinitely for someone to pick up the phone
- talking to a newbie customer service staff
Let other people do the calling.
And the technical problem will be fixed sooner or later.
Why bother reading if you have no answer?
True. Not mentioning that I already have support replies, and they will simply tell me the same on the phone. Wasted time and money.
