So where's this extended backfill that was due "mid-next week" by IB ??

I know, I know ... nag, nag, nag ....


I saw a post by IB Soft that IB was going to release a TWS/API version on extended futures backfill.


Well ?


IB Soft, if IB can give that 10-day(hopefully 1 minute or Tick) backfill for futures ... I'll carve a marble statue in your likeness, and hang it on the roof top of the CME LOL


Perhaps a package for a "modest fee" would help ?


Anyway, it's about that time, "mid-next week".


I know this is classic hen pecking, but the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

First of all, I believe it will only be a 5-day backfill.

And second, do not inspire them to charge for it! Yikes!... :eek:
 
The extended API backfill is now released in TWS build 848 and API components release 851. In addition, there are extensive new charting features in this TWS release as well.

I have downloaded quotetracker 3.6.3 c beta. I am getting backfill for today and friday, how do I get 5 days with IB tws 848?
