Healthy food in proper proportions is the way to go.
If you're all geared up to get on the 'vitamins are shit' bandwagon,
save it for someone who does not know that. I know that.
I'm a belt and suspenders guy whenever a small additional effort can benefit me.
Because I don't run my food through a chemical analysis I have no real idea if the crap from the store
has the expected mineral and nutrient content, so I drop one of these down the piehole a couple times a day.
It's been years since I looked around so if anyone knows of other sups that are competitive or better,
please post that Supplement Facts Sheet off of Amazon or whatnot for comparison.
I'd be interested in any recommended B-Complex sups.

Rise and shine.
A pint of green tea with ~3/4 teaspoon vit C powder and 1/3tsp msm.
Dry packaged Lentils cooked and thrown into the fridge for fiber and magnesium with a couple boiled eggs for breakfast.
Then some Cacao powder mixed into a pint of steam distilled water with ~3/4 tsp of magnesium citrate powder.
Then some HG futures.
