I can understand search portals like Google or Bing scraping contents here, but do you really need like 10 bots to do that? Why are there so many of them? Moreover, what's Baidu doing here? All their contents are in Chinese. By Chinese law, they can't show any english contents anyway (I already tried accessing Elite Trader when I was in China to no avail).

Just do the math: 31 registered members and 37 robots.

I think the number of robots is due to the active forums - the content of this site is always changing.

Websites that remain static don't get many views from the robots.

Been checking it out for a long time. There are robots at all hours of the day, even in the wee hours. Never once have I seen "zero" robots.
