As reported late yesterday, SLM weakened noticeably in the last hour of trading, which some traders attributed to a speech by N.C. Senator John Edwards in which he proposed creating a program that would make the first year of college free.
SLM is the nation's largest provider of education funding.

I can't find the full story but,
any thoughts on trading it;
possibly with a pair?
