I'm heading to your border, am I illegal already? if so, should I be arrested??
like if I'm approaching the border I'm illegal..how about if I take a step back? would that make me legal again?
 
At least Biden won't waste money on a border wall that doesn't work. Most of the migrants that cross over now are immediately returned to Mexico. Not much you can do other than that.

Do you have an official visa issued by the US embassies or consulates? If no and you try to enter the USA, then yes you are an illegal immigrant. If you are just hovering at the border, standing there, as long as none of your body parts crosses the border if you don't have an official visa or are not a US citizen, then you are not an illegal. One tiny nail of your pinky toe over the border, if you don't have an official visa or are not a US citizen, then you are an illegal.
 
Best solution is to give the already 11 million refugee immigrants full amnesty and citizenship and start completely fresh. If legislation fails then issue mass pardons to all illegals.
