Im looking for a broker/ currency service to exchange USD/ Singapore dollars where I can get something close to market rates. Im not interested in getting the bank rates and I can do this for a number of currencies with IB, unfortunately they dont offer the same service for Sing. Dollar.

Oanda has a physical delivery service called "FX GlobalTransfer" that supports USD/SGD. Theres a flat fee involved, $25 for the majors, $60 for 25 other pairs(applies for SGD). I have never used the service, you will have to check how close the rate they quote is to current market. Should beat the retail bank quotes/fees anyways.
