sifting web pages

OK, it's late and I need to get to bed. BUT, before I do, I am wondering if anyone knows a way that I can get data from website A and website B automatically on one page?

For (hypothetical) example, I want briefing.com for today, plus yahoo earnings or whatever, updated automatically, on one page.

What do I do, paste the URL's into a spreadsheet or something?
