shorting pink sheet stocks.

does anyone know the name of a firm which allows shorting of pink sheet stocks?

important concerns are (in order):
-> reliability of firm and having a history.
-> execution speed and (if not on the internet) ability to route to the MMs who honor their pink sheet quotes.
-> price
-> on the 'net.
