HAVENT seen all the details but the climate change + diversity sounds like a dumb idea.
WHY should I or any with common sense want anything but a Hi % of female nurses , since that's what the market place wants? ? Dont need any goofy gov meddling.
May turn out fine/SEC tends to be much better than average\ they cut SEC exit fees not to long ago .

Strange thing about it\ I could plant a big, or big, big hedge + cool my place a bit if needed.LOL
But the silly idea i could jump from that\ to climate control or any sort of nonsense LOL;
a lie so big , not believable @ all .
But since the SEC actually cut fees, common sense + big oil/fossil fuels /TSLA/ + tech sector looks good long term. NOT a prediction, simply a good trend comment
