Schwab - ``order cannot be placed. security symbol is not valid``. Is a bug ? Or a restriction ?

It Depends, sometimes IBD sends a that message, i hit the symbol again + no problem.
I got a message today ''limit price is invalid'' WELL not really invalid, SCHW simply preferred i change order to GTC[60days time] , + not a day order. Made more sense, some broker used the same message except to far away from market.....................................
