Bitcoin dropping heavy tonight on the news along with other alt coins.... however we have seen this before...talk about banning it and then moments later reversing the idea ..if this ban does hold true could see at least a 1/3 of value come off the overall cryptocurrency market cap ..

Yep, It's almost guaranteed because its the one the banks and the governments want for obvious reasons.

They are on the fence about it and apparently different government officials are giving conflicting messages to the public. Either way, an eventual ban will also have to be approved by South Korea’s parliament, with a majority of at least 297 votes and I think that message, whether it's approval or rejection, will be loud and clear.
