Retail broker with low margin requirement for xiv and vxx

Hello guys,

I hope you are well. I'm trading xiv and vxx with IB but margin requirements are too high (80%)...

I'm looking for an online broker who can offer better leverage for short/long vol product in the US or abroad and can accept non-US residents/citizens. I found firstrade with 60% margin requirement...Ally seems great but it's only for US based investors. Do you have any other ideas?

PS: I have a limited number of trades/ year focusing on vxx and xiv with a SPX put or vix call for hedge.
