I don’t know if there is any screener/scanner of Renko charts can perform the following operation:
I want to scan for any stock/commodity/currency that has at least 3 successive up bricks or 3 successive down bricks at any point in specific timeframe.
Let me explain with an example below.
Assume a stock called ABC. I select the 1-hour Renko chart, and there is at-least 3 consecutive up and down bricks everywhere on that timeframe. Also I go backwards 20 times, each of the 20 times is made up of a recently passed 1-hour Renko chart timeframe. If all the 20 1-hour Renko charts fits the criteria of 3 consecutive up and down bricks then stock ABC is what I need.
*Note:Each brick is based on ATR not fixed size bricks.
