Realistic commission structure?

I am trading to catch 5-10 cent moves on lower priced nas issues such as siri, nvax, tasr, etc. Usually 5-10K share positions. The issue is that even though I add liquidity most of the time, my current commission structure eats up a good percentage of my profits.

My question is to other traders using this style profitably, what kind of per share or per ticket cost is realistic to make it work?
 
theres alot of good firms out there assent echo bright genesis you should look for bigger moves in your trading style or look for a better rate so your commissions dont eat away your profits there many great options on elite trader best of luck
