RagingBull perps' assets frozen. Finally action taken, by FTC, $137 million fraud.

Yeah, admittedly both those videos seem to be from young or inexperienced yt channel yahoos trying to be entertaining. I couldn't find any mainstream news commentary videos except a few soundbites on fox local and oann where they only mention the RB fraud for about 15 seconds.

Besides Emmett's review update on tradingschools, the FTC documents and victims' affidavits and complaints
are the more revealing and enlightening info out there but only in text.

Here's a ( link ) to available documents on "court listener", which also lists several victims' testified complaints as well as a few undercover FTC agent reports.

Tom Nash, as he claims - used to work as a senior analyst. Speaks a lot about numbers in his latest videos, goes through balance sheets etc.

After all, he smelled a bs coming prior, like 6 months ago ~~

This one was his first about the raging bum. :D

That bond, at the very least is a sociopath. Fake Harvard bis school. Damn.

You can, and should do two things…

1) If you purchased a product or service from Raging Bull, then you should request a refund and file a chargeback with your credit card company. Even if the charge is old, it appears that the receiver has not disputed even a single chargeback request. If he does not dispute the chargeback, then the credit card company will usually refund your money. Thus far, I believe, that about $5 million in chargebacks/refunds have been returned to “students.”

2) If you received any text messages from Raging Bull, then it would appear that you might be able to join the class action. (I have yet to find a lawyer not willing to add a class member to their claim.”

If you have text messages that were sent to you, and should know because these messages were nutter butter claiming 1000% overnight returns on investment, then leave a reply here and I will post the contact information for the attorney prosecuting the case.
