You wouldn't want a book like that for bonds, unless you are happy to go broke at least three times, just like the author. And then go suicide at the end of it.
At the moment, I'm going through The Strategic Bond Investor. It's like 400 pages or something, will take me a while.
I asked a local antique dealer to find a Captains Chair for me, and he came back saying it would cost 2000!!
