Quick question about Metatrader 4

Hi,

I am using Oanda, so I can't trade through MT4 of course, but since I like the platform and charting so much, can i still use it for just the charting with the MT4 demo, or is it delayed?

MT4 is Real Time data!

If the little flashing bars go red, just click "file", "Open account" and sign up for a new demo.

That is actually pretty scary that you are not sure if the charts you are trading off of are delayed or real time!

That is probably one of the most dangerous setups you can have. Trade where you chart if you can or get close with live rate/charts. Demo feeds are not good enough to put any money behind.

If someone would like to disagree, fine do so but IMHO, this is nothing more than a ticking timebomb.

MT4 is only as good as the rate provided. Depending on your mdel, you may get some false signals and potnentially lose money.
