Question regarding ETF expense ratio

I scout through stockmarket related forums often and I read about a chap there raises a good question regarding the ETF expense ratio.


Anyone got the answer no one over there seems to know!

Just like fund of funds in the mutual fund world the expense ratio usually equals the weighted average expense ratio of the holdings + and few BP's.
