Prop Firms with a base salary

I am currently a retail trader and a student. I am looking for good prop firms with a base salary to start my trading career. Can anyone give me some names? thanks.

heartland offers a salary the first few months to learn the ropes which subsequently becomes your draw. They also offer 401k, health ins., and vacation time. Most people do offer their opinions before they do the research. Twu, you should do your own research instead of listening to other peoples opinions that may or may not be right. good luck.
