prop firm with Odd Lot orders and overnight

I'm struggling to find a prop firm that meet these requirements, specially when most of the firms i have contacted don't allow Odd Lot orders or overnight.

i'm open for offshore firms if anyone in here recommend it.

1) can execute Odd Lot orders
2) no more than $5/1,000 shares
3) at least 6:1 intraday and 2:1 overnight
4) "optional" hold short position overnight

Do you have enough capital for a portfolio margin account? If you do, you can do all this without a prop firm except PM tops out at 6:1 both during the day and over night.

not really, i have around 10k to risk. needs to be prop so i can get out of the PDT rule for now.

I checked suretrader and nonko they meet all my requirement except for the odd lot Oders

I'm not sure any bd can offer odd lots at A prop firm to open. I think there is some kind of restriction.
