Are there any pop trading firms in the Phildelphia area?

Orion Financial, LLC is in Wayne, PA. Not too far off Philly. But I don't know how good they are. Any comments are welcome.

I am also looking for a beginner friendly trading firm in or around Philly. Thanks.
