On Feb 13 2020, the price of 3M was NOWHERE near 150. It was ~$130 PER SHARE! Bastards.

Odd lots can trade outside of published price ranges.

So your trade price was of 159.54 was fine.

You're viewing an adjusted chart that appears to incorporate some corporate actions since the date you're questioning.

A split+spinoff+special dividend adjusted figure would have this in the $132.93-$135.34 range, and a split+spinoff+special+ordinary dividend adjusted (aka total return) chart would show this date wih a range of $110.77 $112.77.

Assuming you still hold, you would have received (with ex-dates):
