Does anyone know what are the rules of reporting for dual/cross listed stocks.
Some examples:
ABB is trading in Switzerland and USA.
BRITISH SKY BROADCASTING is trading in UK and USA
Are they releasing the press releases simultaneously in both countries or can it happen that they are releasing first in home country and then in USA?
