I watched the video. He's not a great speaker. To me, he comes across as rather full of himself. In the video he says to train more than once a week and to do more than one set. When his web site was still up, I recall reading that he only worked out either once or twice a week for about 15-20 minutes at a time, if memory serves. I think he also advocated single sets in those pieces, but I might be wrong. His views in that video are somewhat different.after an hour and a half, still don't have a clue what he talking about.
