Well, that's a matter of personal opinion for everyone. There is no right or wrong answer.

But, for me personally, I'm a big fan of the Washington state and British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada region area.
The Pacific Northwest. I love the cooler weather, beautiful nature, and general atmosphere personality and intelligence of the people.
 
Been to WA. Nice place. Its a shame the government is constantly trying to turn it into a bung hole.

Also shameful that they murdered all those people that voted for an independent governor in 2008.
