Options Trading: Flat Fee Per Trade Brokers?

Does anyone know if there are any <b>options broker(s)</b> in the US that charge a flat fee per trade regardless of the quantity of contracts that are traded?

It seems most of the popular options brokers charge on a per contract basis.

Thanks for the fast reply just21!

Unfortunately Choicetrade.com still charge on a "per contract" basis above 20 contracts ($0.75 per contract for 21+ contracts).

I was hoping for something where the option broker would charge on a "per trade" basis.
