Still waiting for the BOX to post their proposed rules at the SEC (for comments). If you go to their website, you will see the rules but I believe they still have not submitted these rules.

As I pointed out in a previous thread, I have some concerns re their PIP rule. I've been in contact with people at the BOX and I'm awaiting a response. This is an internalization issue! and no one really understands what could happen.........


Also,

the PCX is coming out with a new trading platform (PCX PLUS). This should be more friendly for traders such as us. It also gives you the chance to become a Remote Market Maker.

and I don't recall seeing "text" of the two minute rule but I'm certainly aware of it.
