Some days, with some stocks, there is a more/most opportune time to put on an option spread. It is a combination of stock price, change in volatility, bid-ask spread. It wouldn't be very economical to watch a stock option chain all day and figure the right combination of calls, puts and stock, in a mix, to maximize this opportunity in a timely manner, maybe there is software that does do it?

There are tons of software that do this. In real time I might add.
I use optionvue. But there are many out there. I write my own filters on optionvue. I have also used Excel.
