What firms at the CBOE are paying clerks 100K?
Arb clerks, dpm clerks, coffee and donut clerks?
Actually what firms at any options exchange in the US are
paying clerks 60K?

you say the hard cost of options is .20 per contract. Does that include the cost of manually handled orders and cancel fees?
I'm told that on manually handled orders IB actually loses money.
