Number of trades per day

trades (not round trips.) (not including partials...) although sometimes I'll get partialed and then route the rest of my shares somewhere else thus increasing the trade count...

my perfect trading day is 0 executions.

that means none of my stops have been hit and i dont need to reenter any new trades becuse what i have is working well.
 
I don't know that anyone of you would care to answer.....I have great respect for what you do, it is certainly not my forte...but am curious ...what percent of PROFITS do you pay in commission (on average). Ideally for me I would like to pay no more than
%10 of my profits in commission. Because I don't daytrade I think this is realistic but just wonder if daytraders pay more (percent-wise) in commission . tia

As a daytrader less than 5% (average over the last year).
