This is the part of psychology where you assume others do what you do... or the opposite: you do like you think others do. That's why it's so damaging to baselessly lie about the integrity of the US election system like Trump does, he will create actual fraudsters that way.

Either that, or that GOP fraudster is just a cynical f**k and criminal who thinks he's playing Game of Thrones IRL.
