Not getting filled on OTC stocks

OTC doesn't open until 9:30 AM

The fill price was slightly above my limit price, but I'm also seeing trade-through (other trades printing at prices that should have filled my order, but didn't).

There’s no trade through protection / NMS for otc markets. Sounds like you’re using IB - their otc quote data can be odd, sometimes showing worse BBO than the actual which can result in unexpectedly better fills if you try to cross the spread and hit a better quote in the middle they weren’t showing for some reason.

i think they are not allowed to do that/ even if its as its a sub penny addition. BUT really it could be ' half a penny' LOL.
in USa its illegal to cut a penny in half.
Some grocers do the same ''marketing'' 3 @ $1.00, but charge $oo.34 for a single apple
COUNT ON strange fills if its not super liquid.........................................................
