All of these really expensive homes never sell...or sells for a significantly lower price then the initial asking 
after being on the market for a year or two or three.
It's lonely at the top -- and there's no liquidity too. or has huge bid/ask spreads.
Just buy a middle class home and a Camry...you can Sell that in a Week.
