Carlos Ghosn is a sleazy businessman who became too greedy. Tried to steal the honey from the bees and didn't realize that it was a nest of hornets.

It seems many of the foreigners involved completely lacked understanding of Japanese (corporate) culture. Looks like Hari Nada adapted best to this environment.
Makes me want to re-watch Rising Sun...
