CTTY has recently been swinging up or down better than 15% per day. Daily volume exceeds float. Shares have quadrupled in price since June. Chairman resigned and sold most of his shares. Nasdaq has sent them a delisting notice, which they're appealing. No options on the stock, so you can't hedge. I'm not brave enough to touch it. But there you go.
