new ETF's

Rydex recently came out with their own ETF -- based on an equal weighted S&P -- symbol -- RSP -- could be a good trading vehichle as they priced it at $100 -- the problem is that they listed it on the AMEX -- good luck with fills - hopefully it will become actively traded on the ECN's -- but then you will run into the quote thru and trade thru rules --like we have now the the spy's and qqq's

The Nasdaq had announced they will be coming out with their own ETF's --does anyone know the status of this ??? it is taking forever !!! This will be great trading vehicles !!!
 
We've been awaiting these too, although there seems to be no word on them. It sure would be nice to have ETFs traded on the Nasdaq, especially with high liquidity of ECNs. As for the new Ryder ETF, will be interesting to see if interest grows with that one.
