Need Nymex Symbol for Gold and Crude Oil

I was given crude oil at my firm as CL/06J.NX today.
Is "J" the right part of the month to be using now?

Sorry I am new at nymex so dont know this stuff. Also for gold do I just substitute GC for CL?
