Paid Amibroker users, how is the customer service helpfulness and responsiveness in resolving issues regarding software usage, bugs and syntax errors?
As a trial user , the response with problems I am getting isn't forthcoming and usually vague. I am wondering whether Tomasz and his support staff treat paid customers differently. Need to know before paying for a software that I have issues and not getting the proper customer support.
