MyTrack 2003 tax records

I requested the 2003 records for tax purposes and I got two attachments in an email. I cannot open either one. I called their customer no service number and was told one of them opens with quicken. I told them I don't want to buy quicken and got no response back from them. My accountant cannot open the quicken one with quicken. The .csv file won't open with Excel or when it does it is a blank doc.

Anybody else having this kind of hassle?

Don't they clear through Penson still?

Don't you have a login to the Penson web site to retrieve your daily/monthly/annual statements? If so, you can probably save them to "HTML only" files and import them with Excel.
