Must I pass the "Series 3" exam to work as a "Futures" prop trader at a Chicago prop trading firm?

I'm about to apply for a prop trading job at a number of Chicago based prop trading firms, just wanted to know if I need to pass the Series 3 or Series 56 or Series 7 exams to be able (and eligible) to work as a "futures" prop trader for a Chicago prop trading firm? Really appreciate any help in advance. Regards, Rocket.

You should ask them. If they as a firm is registered with the NFA, you might need your 3. I doubt you need your 7 or any other FINRA exam for just futures, but that is up to them.

Review their hiring requirements or call them...seriously.
