Many young people shouldn’t save for retirement, says research based on a Nobel Prize–winning theory

Thanks for consistently providing me with insightful feedback- apparently it’s good for my well-being...
Whatever floats your boat, but no I've always been SunTrader and the thrills for me never stop - free or otherwise.

Note I am not the only one here that doesn't care for lazy uncapitalized sentences. Twice this week alone I saw it mentioned in other topics. But what do we know? Asked rhetorically of course.

one day, SunTrader, you’ll maybe meet a hot-blooded Nikita to show you the world and the thrills of grammar on ET may be less thrilling. Until then, happy editing.

Garbage article.

It almost like it was written for the POV of someone who hates the idea of any sort of financial independence, security or personal responsibility.

I swear there are groups of people in the media and academia that want people broke, stupid and emotionally crippled.
Much better advice in a few seconds here:

Can't agree more. Time and health are my most precious commodities. Not money. Though it does not mean that wise decisions to manage and save money can't be made at the same time. I hear a lot of folks on this site overemphasizing money. While it's great to cover one's expenses and save up its absolutely not the most important in life. I sometimes get the impression that quite a few would stab their grandma in the back if they were promised 100k or 500k without repercussions. Such attitude to life is apparently burnt into some DNAs.
Trading attracts a lot of greedy types. This forum is just a reflection of that. It’s interesting to observe.

I didn’t mention health but yes I agree with you on that. Good points.

Cannot stand this theory. There is a saying, let the money work for you or you will work for the money lifetime (until the end). And in many other countries worldwide it is common that there are complete debt defaults, where they have to declare bankruptcy. In such an environment not to save and invest what you can until you are safe could be desastrous for one.
